Am I the only one who is tired of the ongoing coverage of the Scott Peterson trial? The total obsession that FoxNews has with this case is exhausting! I realize this is a sensational case, and all – - it received early press coverage and captured the hearts and minds of the nation, etc. etc.
But I can’t be the only one who just wants to say … Wake me up when it’s over??
I admit to being interested in the outcome of the trial. I suspect that Peterson is guilty – and am curious as to whether or not they’ll be able to convict him, based on the incredible lack of physical evidence they prosecution possesses.
I love my cable news, I’m tellin ya – - and I’m thinking that stories and coverage like this is best left to places like CourtTV and not hours upon hours spent by Greta and Friends picking this case apart, piece by painful piece. During those hours – - I switch over to MSNBC, or even (gasp!) CNN.

I say hang him tomorrow at noon in a public place, I have always thought it better to kill off an innocent person every now and then than let guilty ones go free.

I hear you. All of the evening Fox News programs devote at least one segment to it. When Hannity and Butthead (Come on! He does look like Butthead>)started devoting the last half of their show to both Peterson and Hacking, I switch away. At least we have the Olympics to keep us etertained for a few more days. BTW…How about those American soccer girls? That Julie Foudy is cute as a bug I tell ya!:cool:
I’ve been bored with it from day one. As to whether or not he’ll get convicted, I think the prosecution and cops botched enough that I will be surprised if they get a conviction. And then there will be the copycat crimes.

Yep, I agree. Fox News is losing me in the 10PM timeslot. I have become a pretty devoted Scarborough Country fan. Especially during the whole Swift Boat thing.
