Chris’s flight went off without a hitch last night *whew* I was stressing so much about it. He called when he landed and I said “How was your flight?” (thinking the weather was going to make it rather bumpy) – he replied, “I slept through it, so I’m not sure how it was” – - so much for my stress. I’m glad he wasn’t stressed at all.
Today, we’re headed out to purchase our first big item together. We’re getting a 2004 GMC Yukon. Well, Chris wants to look at the Chevy Suburban, too – - but I have a feeling that he’s going to decide on the Yukon — call it a gut feeling. I could be wrong – - but I like the Yukon better, plus I have mysterious powers of persuasion
Have a great day!

Those powers of persuasion are always a good thing. I use mine all the time and he has NO clue.
i’m almost finished moving to WP! What an arduous task converting templates and css files though! I know it will be worth it.
Oops, I guess he (he being I) knows about your “powers of persuasion” now, Rachel… Hahaha…
If I had to choose between the two, i’d go for the Yukon…
Wow, I’m sorry, I just can’t believe Rachel, my own loving Wife, said that…
Well, the Yukon’s are a bit bigger and are more comfortable, I think. I also like their doors in the back better. But they’re both the same company in the end, so good luck!
We spent the day also looking at the Ford Excursion. Not bad – but about 10 grand more for the same shit. Plus, we found the interior of the Excursion to be pretty cheap looking.
We’re going for the Yukon.
