Actually that is someone else and you still fail to answer anyone's questions. If you actually worked there what is the address for Division meetings? I don't know about Dave, but I would be fine with just the street number. And, FYI not one agent from Insphere that works there was fired from Insphere. Not a single one. Healthcare Solutions Team on the other hand has the worst of the worst. I just heard that they are getting hit with sexual harassment charges, a lawsuit from a former agent that they owe a ton of money, they are selling their company to Insphere, and the owners are going their separate ways. So, "Kevin", the more you most untrue negative remarks on this site, the more people will come here and discuss your company and its practices. So AGAIN, and as Dave asked, what is the address of where the division (of only a couple people) meet in TX? Very simple.

Joe....you have changed your name to Dave. I don't know why you deny me working there. Quite frankly everyone knows what you guys are....Insphere agents who were fired for various indescretions. I am not G.B. Name G.B I dare you. I don't see why his personal life is necassary to make your point.

Kevin,

Very simply asking you again. If you worked for that company, then answer the question of what is the street address for Divisional meetings? I will help you out and tell you it is not in Grapevine. The fact is, there are only 2 agents in Texas right now and have ben only 2. Neither has left the company and neither are named "Kevin". I know this for a fact, and simply have not worked with NaseCare.

As was stated on this site before, you work with Healthcare Solutions Team out of Chicago, which is the biggest seller of TeamCorp in the United States. In fact, they are one of only 2 companies that hold a MGA contract with TeamCorp. You are simply being vindictive b/c another company is selling more than you are.

Also, since we are on the subject, what plan do you recommend besides TeamCorp that will take an applicant guarantee issue that offers better coverage than TeamCorp? I am personally curious so that I can offer it. Although I have not sold a TeamCorp plan, I do run across people who cannot get insurance.

Oh and also....at least 90% of their staff are ex Healthmarkets agents. Seems like all the bad eggs left to go somewhere they can sell a bad plan again. Apparently Insphere has no such plans available which is a problem as they fit some people. My friends that still work there say they don't want to risk the chance of agents not selling it the way it should be.

I worked at Nasecare in TX for a couple of weeks and it seems that all the tried to get us to sell was Teamcorp as that is the only plan that will pay comission going forward with the Health Care reform. Apparently they wont't have to change until 2014 as they are not a true insurance plan. Nasecare is run by 2 of Mega's biggest hitters and from what I hears as part of the multi state exam they were let go due to so many complaints. I don't know if that bit is true or not but they were very heavy on the Teamcorp even if it was replacing someone with a comprehensive plan or someone that could qualify for a comprehensive plan. I am now working for another agency and there is a place for Teamcorp if you don't qualify for anything else, but at least half the plans that were being sold were the Teamcorp plans.

So, a new product designed by the NASE? Guess they still don't mind telling lies! Look at this website www.usateamcorp.com and look at the Secure Advantage plans. Is that the product NASE "designed"? It has been around for a long time. But, it is one of the few companies that will let the NASE sell because of their marketing practices. Most reputable companies won't let the NASE near their products, for reasons listed in this blog.

Make sure you know what you are buying. Teamcorp won't turn you down for preexisting conditions on their Secure Advantage Plans, but if you read the policy you will see that they will not pay for any of your preexisting conditions. Also, they will only pay a certain amount on certain conditions. In addition to listing exclusions, they list what they will cover. It is VERY limited plan. If you can't get insurance anywhere else and you can't afford your states plan, it might be beneficial if you happen to file a claim on something they choose to cover. If you can't get insurance because of preexisting conditions, and they are willing to provide you "insurance" (it isn't insurance and is illegal if they tell you it is insurance, just look at the website) at such an affordable price, don't you think something might be wrong with that picture? I am sure you will make an educated decision.

As Mike said a few posts above this one, I too am amazed to see this thread still alive and kicking. I had assumed that the entire NASE/MEGA "empire"
had been shut down because our telemarketing group is no longer running into
people who have N.A.S.E. Mega/Midwest/etc.. Even their commercials are
gone from the local (Chicago area) radio stations.

I am looking at becoming a member of NASE now for both their HRA 105 adminstering, which I can get for the $15 per month Silver membership, and also for the new health plans they offer. the new plans are with United Service Association For Health Care (USA+ ), and are called "Secure Advantage 2000, 1000, 500 and 350". I was briefly a member of NASa about ten years ago and i looked at the "Mega" health insurance they were offering and quickly said "forget it " ! But these "Secure Advantage" plans are totally different form Mega. They are "Limited Indemnity Insurance Benefits-Medical". There are defined benefits, both in the plan and additional ones including dental and vision that is put together by NASE. There is no deductible and apparently also no rate increase like regular insurance.

I was turned down for regular due to a preexisting condition, and our Oregon state pool will cost me $461 plus a $1500 deductible, plus a $1000 RX deductible, plus I would pay 30 % of all other services.

I can get the individual NASE coverage which includes dental and vision and standard type of prescription coverage, including mail order for as low as $310 plus the NASE membership of $15 per month.

Does anyone have current experience with this new plan from NASE ? Thanks !

Teresa,
You need my help. I've been bringing fraud cases against HealthMarkets for the last six years and know as much as anyone about its marketing scheme. I'm working with attorneys in Dallas on the case Brooks v. HealthMarkets. You can read about this and other cases, such as Christensen v. Mega, which resulted in a $1.7 million dollar settlement, on my web site, www.stuartlaw.us.

Just a note to say that I am a former NASE agent and do not regret my time with them. I am a former agent because I realized that I just am not one who enjoys sales, regardless of what it may be. I have kept in touch with nearly all my former clients and to a one, have not received any complaints. Admittedly, none have had anything major (knock on wood) but MEGA has kept its word. I think the trick was that I did emphasize the negatives so clients could evaluate the cost/benefit to them and decide whether to gamble and pay less or pay more for security. I'm sorry to hear that so many have had bad experiences with Health Markets and I do hope that true justice prevails. All I can do is offer my own perspective which is pretty much what we all do and my own experience just does not reveal some evil presence within the NASE organization. If there are those within NASE and Health Markets that think its their job to screw people then I hope they get theirs one day. It's absolutely horrid what society is willing to tolerate with regards to the lack of ethics in business, the educational system, the media and society in general. Being a scumbag seems to be en vogue while those trying to do the right thing are laughed at and viewed as Puritans. Good luck you those of you seeking justice.
